DEB VORONKOV
President

Deb Voronkov is a data and information governance leader with extensive experience spanning electronic discovery, legal operations, and records and information management (RIM). Deb has a particular focus on the management and governance of the JPMorgan Chase Global Retention Schedule. She currently serves as a Data Governance Lead for the Firmwide Retention and Destruction Group., where she helps manage Data Governance across Unstructured Data Stores. Prior to this role, Deb was Vice President, Legal Operations at JPMorganChase, as the Legal Department’s Records Management Subject Matter Expert and Records Champion. In that capacity, she led initiatives to align data stores with records management policy, procedure, and standards. She has also partnered closely with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to advance information management controls and compliance, and has driven lifecycle and workflow improvements through automation. Deb’s earlier experience includes leading legal technology and eDiscovery initiatives, evaluating and implementing contract lifecycle management solutions, and developing global records retention programs and training. She is a Certified Records Manager (ICRM) and a Certified Electronic Discovery Specialist (ACEDS) and serves in professional leadership roles, including ARMA Columbus Chapter President and the ACEDS Ohio Board as a Director at Large.

BRANDON HAIRSTON
Vice President

Brandon Hairston currently serves as General Manager for Access Information Management in Columbus, Ohio, a role he has held for the past four years. In this position, he oversees operations, drives process improvements, and leads teams in delivering efficient and compliant records management solutions.
Over the course of his 23-year career, Brandon has managed operations across a diverse range of industries, including new construction plumbing, window manufacturing, tire distribution, radiation scintillation equipment, pallet distribution, and recycling. This broad experience has equipped him with the ability to adapt best practices across sectors, optimize workflows, and successfully lead organizations through growth and change.
Brandon is a graduate of Ashland University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing, as well as a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Operations and Supply Chain Management.

DEBBIE GANTT
Past President and Co-Director of Web Administration

Debbie Gantt is a Regional Records Manager for Jones Day law firm. She has worked in the legal Records and Information Governance space for 14 years. She has been an ARMA member for 17 years and a member of AHIMA (American Health Information Management Association) for 27 years. She holds the following certifications: CIP (Certified Information Professional), IGP (Information Governance Professional, CRA (Certified Records Analyst), and RHIT (Registered Health Information Management (HIM) Technician. Prior to working in the legal industry, Debbie spent the majority of her career in both health care and insurance. She has specialized in a variety of roles including office operations, facilities, property management, project management, risk management, quality improvement, sales, underwriting, and practice development.

SAMANTHA ISOM
Director of Marketing and Co-Director of Web Administration

Samantha Isom is a Governance, Risk and Compliance Analyst at Ice Miller LLP, in their Information Governance department. Sam has been at Ice Miller since 2012 and has worked in a variety of areas in the firm, including records management, information governance, risk management, conflicts, research and competitive intelligence. She has been a member of ARMA international since 2011 and has also previously been members of ARMA Detroit and ARMA Greater Indianapolis, where she was the Treasurer, Program Assistant, Membership Coordinator and Co-Website Manager. Prior to working at Ice Miller, Sam worked for a public library and interned in the Records Management departments of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services and TRW Automotive (now ZF Group). She holds a Bachelor's degree in Literature and Technology from Eastern Michigan University, a Master of Library and Information Science degree from Wayne State University, a Graduate Certificate in Records and Information Management from Wayne State University and a Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) certification from the Knowledge Management Institute.

LISA STRANGER
Treasurer

Lisa Stranger has 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. She joined Park National Bank in 2006 and took over the role of Information Data Governance and Records Manager in September 2023. She joined ARMA International in 2023 and the ARMA Greater Columbus Chapter in 2025. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The University of Akron.

ALEX BRENDEL
Secretary

Alex Brendel is a national records manager with Opensity Solutions, focused on records and information management at large law firms. Alex has over 15 years of experience working with legal records and has been the national records manager for an Am Law 200 firm since 2018. Alex has extensive knowledge in records retention and space management related to law firms. He has also been an ARMA member since 2018.

PARI SWIFT
Director

Pari Swift is the University Records Manager for The Ohio State University.  Prior to joining OSU, she served for 8 years as Senior Records Manager at the Ohio Attorney General’s Office, building their records program from the ground up and partnering with IT and legal on multiple major initiatives.  She began her records career at the Ohio Historical Society-State Archives where she spent 9 years as Local Government Records Archivist and then as Assistant State Archivist. She has served as chair of the Ohio Electronic Records Committee and of the governor-appointed Ohio Historical Records Advisory Board (OHRAB), was President of the National Association of Government Archives and Records Administrators (NAGARA) and of the Greater Columbus Chapter of ARMA.  She currently serves as NAGARA’s Treasurer, volunteers on NAGARA’s Professional Development Committee and is Education/Seminar Director for ARMA Greater Columbus. She received her BA from Wittenberg University and her Masters of Library and Information Sciences degree from the University of Pittsburgh.  In 2014, she attained her Certified Records Manager designation. In her “free” time, she leads her daughter’s Girl Scout troop, is a council delegate, and a member of her local Girl Scout service unit team.

KAMAL KAPOOR
Director

Kamal Kapoor is an ARMA International member. He has been a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) for several years, and has been a member of the Central Ohio Chapter for three years. He has served as the Chair of the Government Relations Committee, and as the past President and Vice Chair of the Ohio Internal Audit Committee. He has an MBA in International Business from Capital University. In his current role, he is employed by the Industrial Commission of Ohio as a Program Administrator-3 and serve as the agency’s Records Management Officer. Prior to joining the State, served as a Manager at both US Bank and Huntington Bank.
