This toolkit was created to help us coordinate with the chapters during the new member process and provide resources for you to increase your new member engagement and retention rates. It includes an overview of association best practices, details about HQ’s new processes, and chapter-specific tactics and tools.

Renewal Cycle Communication Toolkit

This toolkit was created to help us coordinate with the chapters during the renewal process as well as provide helpful and usable resources for you to increase your member retention rates. It includes an overview that will first give you a look at current best practices other associations are using, move on to more details about HQ’s new processes that have recently been deployed with the new plan, and finish with chapter-specific tactics and tools.
