As subsidiaries of ARMA International, all U.S. and Canadian chapters are covered under the association’s General Liability insurance policy, which provides coverage of up to $1 million per occurrence.
Chapters are often asked by hotels or other venues to provide proof of insurance when hosting programs, seminars, or conferences. To request a certificate of insurance or submit special coverage requests, please contact ARMA at and include the following information:
- Name and Date of Event
- Name and Address of Venue
- Any special requirements for the event. These are usually in your contract, so it is helpful to attach a copy with your request.
